I don't know where I stand on Salt Bae. I both hate and love him, both enjoy and cringe at his output, both agree and disagree with this article. The duality of Salt Bae. Nobody else can make someone feel this way. He must be an artist.

I had never heard of Salt Bae until your delightful article. I can’t help but admire him — hard work can pay off and that’s wonderful. Still his work doesn’t pique my curiosity enough to want to try his restaurants. I also have an issue with the salt sliding of his skin before landing on the food, that gesture has been around for a while and I find it both disgusting and unprofessional.
