that link is an opinion piece and wishful thinking, at best (speaking of "accommodations" for non-Jewish citizens, i.e. rendering them second class citizens in a theocracy) but also acknowledges that present-day Zionism is not the 'steeped in secular' ideology the author seems to wish for and certainly not in practice (based on the frequent practice of armed land theft and illegal settlement in the West Bank, where there is no Hamas).
